How We Match Transactions

Rules run in order. First match wins.

First try to match by invoice number, then by amount, then by date (within 3 days)

Primary Rule

If no invoice number, match by exact amount and supplier name

Fallback Rule

Match by PO Reference, then by line item count

Gaps within tolerance are auto-accepted and logged, not flagged as mismatches.
